Durable! The Key to Flower Box-style Items is Writing on the Back of the Lid with White Posca*

DIY Flower Boxes are Trending*
A flower box-like item filled with artificial flowers or dried flowers in a square wooden box, with white Posca lettering on the surface of a transparent lid.
This is a popular wedding DIY that we've been seeing a lot lately ♡
When DIYing flower box-like items, many brides tend to write directly on the surface of the lid with Posca.
It's obvious, but writing from the surface is easier since you're more accustomed to it, and you can maintain a good sense of overall size and balance while writing neatly.
However, there are also drawbacks to writing from the surface...
That is, dust may accumulate on the transparent lid or scratches may occur, causing the white lettering to gradually fade away...
In fact, some brides have experienced issues such as:
✓ "I presented it as a gift to my parents and when I returned home after a long time, there was dust on it, and when I wiped it, the lettering came off."
✓ "I wrote on it three months before the wedding, and when I placed small items on top of it, the lettering got rubbed off and started to disappear."
Of course, when you're writing, don't forget to flip the lettering. If you just transfer it directly from the back, you’ll end up with mirror writing, so please be careful.
You can use copy paper as it is translucent, so simply printing on regular paper and flipping it over is also fine.
If you're worried, try creating a reversed design on your computer*
Keep Durability in Mind When DIYing*
While it’s certainly easier and more familiar to write from the surface when adding lettering to flower box-like wedding items...
In the long run, writing from the back means the letters won’t disappear, which benefits you in many ways*
Especially for gifts presented to parents or items intended to be part of home decor after the wedding,
I recommend writing from the back to ensure they last longer♡
