A Familiar Game for After Parties: BINGO*
When it comes to a must-have game at events like wedding receptions, farewell and welcome parties, or reunions, it’s definitely bingo*
The rules are easy to understand and simple,
making it suitable for a large number of people, and everyone has an equal chance of winning, which makes it exciting♩
But, could it be considered too classic and boring?
However, since everyone has probably played bingo many times before,
thoughts like "Oh, another bingo" or "I'm a bit tired of this" may cross people's minds,
or "It’s honestly boring when my card never wins",
and "It’s often over in a flash when someone quickly gets a reach ➡ Bingo," might linger in the background,
leaving me a bit worried............!
That said, there’s not enough time to start a name bingo where guests ask each other for names to fill in the squares,
and having an episode bingo related to the couple can be a bit embarrassing.
It would be nice if we could do something interesting with a regular bingo set that we can buy!
We Found It! A Bingo Idea That’s Ordinary but Not Ordinary*
Here’s a really great idea introduced on Instagram.
It’s called Friendly Bingo*
〔Here are the rules〕
① From the preparation stage, write one hiragana character on the back of the bingo cards.
② Prepare two cards for each hiragana character.
③ On the day of the event, start the bingo game as usual.
④ When someone gets bingo, they announce the hiragana character written on the back of that card, and everyone who has the same hiragana character also gets bingo!
That’s the idea*
By adopting this rule, even if your card never hits and you don’t have a chance of getting bingo,
if someone with the same hiragana character in the venue gets bingo, you can join in and receive a prize too, which is fantastic ♡
It’s a very interesting bingo idea that keeps the excitement going until the end, allowing for a big comeback!
Bingo cards printed with hiragana on the back are sold on Rakuten, making preparation easy!
