Budget of 10,000 yen! What gift do you think would be good for Dad from the parents' present?

We received such a question*
A consultation arrived from a bride-to-be on marry's Instagram!

I am struggling with what to give my parents as a gift for the wedding.
He is inviting only his mother, while both my parents will be attending.
Considering his mother, I decided to give both mothers a necklace.
The necklaces cost 100,000 yen each and have the same design as our wedding rings.
This is an original design that only appears when making the rings.
The issue lies with the gift for my father; after spending on the reception and other things, I only have a budget of 10,000 yen left.
The disparity in the amount feels too large, and I feel sorry for my father...
But is there any idea that could please my father even with a limited budget?
I requested answers from readers on marry's Instagram, and here are the responses*
Response ①
How about a tie pin or cufflinks? 💗✨
They may be less expensive than gifts for the mothers, but the sentiment is what truly matters^^💗
Response ②
I think a personalized poem would be nice ♡
Response ③
I compiled an album of photos from my birth up to our pre-wedding shoot and gave it to my father 😊
Response ④
How about a razor set?
Response ⑤
You can get a watch that holds photos for around 10,000 yen!
It's slightly over budget, though...
Response ⑥
I was also raised in a single-parent household, so I only had a gift for my father. My husband has both parents.
Both my father and my husband's parents love alcohol, so I presented each of them with a tumbler glass
inscribed with the message "Thank you, Mom and Dad" along with a bouquet of preserved flowers!
Tumblers come in various price ranges, but I think with 10,000 yen, you can find something lovely!
I hope this helps (>_<)
Response ⑦
Since I'm from a single-parent family, I made handmade herbariums for each of our mothers.
For my husband's father and my grandparents, I gifted handmade clocks (^^)
Response ⑧
My partner is from a single-parent family, so he only has his mother, but I gave my father and he gave his grandmother a weight rice gift.
His grandmother was very pleased, and I wanted to give my father something as well, so I'm glad we did this.
Response ⑨
Does your father enjoy alcohol?
I'm not sure if you can find something for around 10,000 yen, but I gifted my father a bottle of wine from the year he was born!
I can't remember how much it cost 😅
Response ⑩
I also only have my father since my partner is from a single-parent family.
So I gave my father a bottle with a photo from our pre-wedding shoot inside ☺️‼️
He really liked it♪
Response ⑪
How about something related to your father's hobbies, or a nice piece of jewelry?
[Like buying a slightly luxurious tie pin...], what do you think?
Response ⑫
How about giving your father a boutonniere?
Since I also come from a single-parent family, during the gift moment for our parents,
I gave bouquets to both mothers and a boutonniere to my father. Even now, he preserves it as a dried flower arrangement ✨
It’s rare to give flowers to your father, and I think it’s a unique gift that can only be given at a wedding, so I recommend the boutonniere♡
Gifts for fathers can be challenging....
When I think about it, finding a suitable gift for fathers can be tough.
① If he wears suits for work, a personalized tie pin.
② If he enjoys alcohol, something from his birth year or a custom label.
③ Handmade letters or albums.
④ A tumbler that doesn't melt ice.
These were some of the popular suggestions.
As a woman, I find it difficult to choose gifts for men....!
If the budget is only 10,000 yen, perhaps items like a photo album or a boutonniere could be a better option than selecting something from a shop....?
