Among the various creatively designed initial objects available...

I discovered an exceptionally cute and new idea!*

Initial Objects Using an Embroidery Frame are New & Cute!

Here it is. An initial object DIYed using an "embroidery frame."

A round wooden embroidery frame is used, with tulle sandwiched in between, and faux flowers glued in the shape of letters.

The thin tulle is nearly invisible in photos, creating the illusion that the letters are floating within the wooden frame! ♡

An embroidery frame is a tool like a wooden frame that holds fabric in place while you embroider.

Due to its natural look, more people have recently started using it for DIY interior decoration! ♡

Since it’s a simple process of sandwiching tulle and gluing the faux flowers with a hot glue gun, even DIY beginners can easily give it a try!*

➡ You can buy embroidery frames online from 500 yen! ♡

While you can't place it on the ground like a wooden initial object, it looks very cute when held for photos like this! ♡

Holding the "&" together as an and-object is also a cute idea.

What Materials are Needed for the Embroidery Frame Initial Object? What are the Tips for Making?

Here are the materials needed to create the embroidery frame initial object.

☑ An embroidery frame of your preferred size

☑ Tulle fabric

☑ Faux flowers, dried flowers, or preserved flowers

☑ Hot glue gun

Except for the tulle fabric, all other materials can be found at a 100 yen shop! The key is to choose flowers that are as small as possible for creating neat letters.

Here are the steps to make it.

① Print out the desired alphabet larger on paper, place the tulle fabric on top, and lightly sketch it with a chalk pen. Be careful that the size of the alphabet does not exceed the embroidery frame!

② Sandwich the tulle fabric in the embroidery frame, so the sketched alphabet is centered, and cut off the excess fabric.

③ Temporarily place the flowers to hide the sketch and decide on the design.

④ Cut off excess stems and leaves.

⑤ Glue the flowers onto the tulle fabric with a hot glue gun.

⑥ Once dry, it’s complete! ♡
