I actually tried using it.

The method is simple: after applying toner, just peel off the sheet from the film and stick it on the area around the eyes (or mouth),

then gently tap the sheet to ensure the needles penetrate well into the skin.

It feels like getting acupuncture, but it’s not painful, and when I pressed it slowly, it felt like "maybe there was a slight prick...?"
