I Want Guests to Write Messages!
On the wedding day, during the waiting time before the ceremony and reception, I would like to ask the guests to write messages ♡
Recently, many couples have been asking guests to write messages on memorable or unique items instead of a traditional guest book ♩
This time, I've come across a rare and inspiring idea for messages that you might want to imitate! ♡
The Idea of Having Guests Write on a Poster is Wonderful!
The idea is to print a large poster of your favorite wedding photo and have guests write their messages and names on it.
This idea was adopted by @erika07060wedding with the thought, "If we are going to have guests write something, we want it to be something we can cherish and display after the wedding!"
The messages written with a gold pen on the romantic night view wedding photo sparkle and look stylish!
The poster was set up on a table next to the reception, and guests were guided by the staff, saying, "Please write your messages for the couple on that poster."
By having guests write on the poster instead of a guest book, they were able to prevent lines at the reception and reduce the burden on the guests who were helping with the reception ♡
They prepared five pens, but since only 2-3 people can write at the same time, they found that three pens were sufficient.
With a poster, you won't have to worry about where to display or store it, so you can keep it at home for years to come.
It could also be laminated or displayed in a large frame ♡
Next, I'll introduce how to prepare a large poster individually.
How to Prepare a Poster ① Printing at Kinko's
The first method is to bring a PDF file to a Kinko's store, which has locations all over the country, to print it.
You can take it home on the same day, making it a good option for those who want to prepare quickly. (Depending on the busyness, it might take a few hours to wait.)
The price for an A1 size poster is 6,000 yen (excluding tax).
If you have any questions, you can ask the staff, so you can feel assured that you won't make mistakes ♡
Also, if you become a free member of Kinko's, you can use the self-poster printing service.
Although there is a separate PC usage fee, for sizes A1 and below, it's quite economical at 1,600 yen, so give it a try.

How to Prepare a Poster ② Ordering from a Printing Company
The second method is to order online from a printing company. This is recommended for those who do not have a Kinko's nearby, are busy, or are good with computers.
At 'Raksul', which is also known for printing welcome boards, A1 size poster printing starts from [2,180 yen per piece].
'Print Pack', which is also familiar from commercials, offers A1 size for [1,330 yen per piece].
Since delivery times, prices, and paper types vary by service, be sure to compare and choose the company that suits you best.
