I Want to Edit Photos to Monochrome!
Check out this guestbook ♡
Everyone's face is turned into a stylish monochrome illustration ♡
At first glance, editing regular photos into monochrome illustrations seems “really complicated...” but,
I discovered a way to easily create something similar with an app ♡
Once you master this method, you can use it in various situations, such as on the guest introduction page of a profile book or making the couple's photo into a welcome board ♡
Let's get right to how to do it!
《How to Create Monochrome Illustrations》
The app you will use for monochrome illustrations is "Adobe Capture CC." It's a free app*
➡ Download Adobe Capture CC here*
For practice, we will try to process this image into a monochrome illustration*
Here’s How It’s Done!
Launch the app, switch to the Shape tab, and open your camera roll from the bottom right to select the photo you want to turn into a monochrome illustration.
Once the image is loaded, use the upper bar to adjust the intensity.
When you’re happy with the intensity, press the checkmark below.
You’ll enter the editing screen, where you can crop the image to only show the face.
Turning on the smooth option will make the curves smoother, transforming the monochrome photo into a monochrome illustration.
(If you prefer a photo-like feel, it’s fine to leave smooth off!)
Press the adjust button on the left and erase any unnecessary lines with the eraser, and you’re done ♡
Save it, and use it for the items you want to create ♩
I’m So Impressed That It’s This Easy ♡
It’s amazing that monochrome illustrations can be created so easily using an app ♡
While it does take some effort, I feel that preparing illustrations for all guests might be possible with this method ♩
Since welcome items and paper items will become much more stylish, be sure to give it a try ♡
