The three types of Sembikiya are:

① The oldest Sembikiya Sohonten (the main store is in Nihonbashi)

② Kyobashi Sembikiya, which was separated from Sembikiya Sohonten

③ Ginza Sembikiya, which was also separated from Sembikiya Sohonten

Each of these is a separate company. While they all share the same name and brand of Sembikiya, there are slight differences among them.

The wrapping paper of Ginza Sembikiya features a bright bluish-green color with rose patterns. This historical design was conceived at the "New Ginza Sembikiya" store, which was established in 1947.

The red roses depicted on this wrapping paper became a symbol of Ginza Sembikiya, and now they are even used for Christmas tree ornaments♩
