"Curated by Designers: A Collection of Rare Yet Adorable Marry Dresses You Just Have to Wear*"
2019.08.21 published
This is the dress I made ♡
Collaboration dress by KIYOKOHATA×marry.
While there are popular dresses like the sparkling space dress and the hydrangea dress, there are so many wonderful dresses that make me, as the creator, feel frustrated because, despite being so cute, they aren't worn much....! "I want more brides to know about them!"
In this article, I (the editor-in-chief of marry ♡) am picking out dresses from KIYOKOHATA×marry that I think "are so cute, and I want everyone to know about them!"
They are truly wonderful, so please try them on for sure ♡
*The other designer, needless to say, is Kiyoko Hata ♩
① Crystal Dress
The Crystal Dress is a wedding dress covered in sequins.
It's one of the latest collection pieces, and its charm lies in the way it sparkles beautifully just by standing still.
Here’s how it looks with off-shoulder sleeves. It exudes a royal elegance ♡
② Candy Dress
The Candy Dress is a printed dress with a full pattern. I created an original design that mixes candy and colorful rice cakes ♡
The candy is considered similar to a couple because it takes time to make, and it has historically been selected as a wedding gift for royalty. The colorful rice cakes are traditional dowries in Kagawa. (This alludes to a wedding tradition.)
Both candy and colorful rice cakes are festive patterns perfect for weddings ♡
The large ribbon is also cute, and you can tie it in your favorite shape and size ♩
You can even capture such a glamorous shot lying down ♡
③ Star Dress
The Star Dress features a star pattern. It is a colored dress with an adult-like atmosphere reminiscent of imported dresses*
I can't help but be enchanted by the pattern that makes it look like stardust is spilling from top to bottom ♡
The color variations are gray, pink, and mustard yellow.
④ Orchid Dress
I've recently fallen in love with orchids. They are elegant, feminine, and cute.
So, I attached a lot of my favorite flowers directly onto tulle to create the orchid dress.
Orchids are the pinnacle of celebratory flowers. This dress elevates a wedding ♡
⑤ Lily of the Valley Dress
Grace Kelly, Princess Diana, and Kate Middleton all held bouquets of lily of the valley.
Since lily of the valley is inseparable from weddings, I made this lily of the valley dress ♡
The glitter features a lily of the valley pattern ♡ The pattern appears beautifully on the tulle ♡
It comes in pink, white, and red variations ♩ With a simple silhouette, this feminine and elegant dress seems to suit any bride well*
Check it out in the video ♡ It sparkles so beautifully ♡
⑥ Sorbet Dress
This is a two-tone gradient dress ♡ Don't you think you haven't seen many like this on Instagram?? It's a rare dress ♡
It has a mysterious coloring, like a moment under a spell with syrup melting over shaved ice ♡
Both the blue and pink gradient dress and the yellow and orange gradient are truly lovely. With a clean silhouette that isn't overly frilly, you can wear it in a cute way without becoming too cutesy ♩
⑦ Pearl Dress
This is a very elegant and mature dress ♡
It is incredibly luxurious with hundreds of pearls sewn onto it (and it's priced accordingly) ♡
What I especially like is the sleeve design. The sheer tulle sleeves are embellished with pearls, giving it that imported, foreign dress feel ♡
The model is also cute. She looks like Anne Hathaway..!
Please try them on ♡
The dresses featured in this article are all "really cute but still rare dresses that not many people have worn."
Since it's rare to overlap with other brides, it has a special feeling ♡
I absolutely want you to try them on if they arrive at our partner dress shops ♡
