I couldn't find the dress I wanted.

After getting proposed to and deciding on the venue, the next big step is finally choosing the dream dress♡

You go to the affiliated dress shop and pick out designs that catch your eye from the lineup of wedding dresses and colored dresses.

How to select a dress that you feel satisfied with is a challenging question, but I thought about what I would do if I were in that position.

Solution ① Bring in a dress from outside

First, ask the wedding venue, “Can we bring in an outside dress?”

Some venues may not allow external dresses, but if they do, you have the option to rent (or purchase) and bring in any brand you like.

It’s also possible to have your ideal dress custom-made.

*However, please note that if you choose to bring in a dress, the estimated cost may change since it might no longer qualify for discounts that were applicable.

Solution ② Rental

Some dress makers offer a “rental” service where they temporarily lend dresses to dress shops without needing the shops to purchase them.

Simply put, it’s a rental service for dress shops provided by dress makers.

If the dress shop you’re considering can utilize this service, it might be possible to order dresses from that brand that are available for lease, so be sure to check.

(If possible, this greatly expands your options!)

Solution ③ If you don't mind, choose a classic dress

Still, if you have to choose from the affiliated dress shops, or if you want to choose from them,

In that case, a good option is to choose a dress from the affiliated shops that fits the “classic×standard design”!

That is the choice.

A classically simple-looking dress is a universally appealing design, so its strength lies in the fact that it’s “not subject to trends.”

If you settle for a dress that’s a bit out there due to the process of elimination, you might later look back and feel shocked that “it wasn’t even a dress I wanted to wear that much, and it looks bad…” or feel sad when comparing it to friends' choices.
