It is a town factory company located in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, currently run by the third-generation president. The company is managed by two (handsome) brothers.

Originally, the main work was manufacturing parts for ships and crane trucks, but they decided, "We want to make our own products!" and focused on the cast iron enamel pots that were becoming trendy at the time.

With the concept and motto of "making the world's best pot to bring out the pure taste of ingredients," they took three years to develop the Vermicular pots, starting from scratch as a subcontractor with no knowledge of cooking pots.

Due to their high airtightness, the precision of waterless cooking is exceptional, enabling the preparation of curry or nikujaga without adding a single drop of water. Sometimes it can take six months to receive your order due to its popularity.

Unlike Le Creuset and Staub, they don't produce many items outside of their main products, leading to fewer sales and slightly higher prices.

However, many people still swear by Vermicular as the best, and I feel the same.

Another feature of Vermicular pots is that you can personalize them with a name for an additional 3000 yen plus tax. ♡

Cast iron enamel pots are commonly viewed as traditional wedding gifts, but surprisingly, only Vermicular offers personalization.

This is likely because other pots are imported and difficult to customize. Since Vermicular is produced in a domestic factory, they can flexibly accommodate such requests.

The appearance of the personalized Vermicular looks something like this ♡ Up to 11 characters can be used. Uppercase letters (A-Z), numbers, /, -, and hearts are available. *
