I Encountered a Wonderful "Guest Participation Event"♡
A guest participation event where the bride, groom, and everyone in the venue can all get excited together♡
Unlike tense moments, this creates a lively and fun atmosphere, and I've always thought, "I want to try this at my wedding!"...
But recently, I encountered a "this is wonderful♡" event that really struck me, so I'd like to share it with you♡
The experience was at a Halloween party hosted by MyPrint and Hibiya Kadan♡
I experienced this event at a Halloween party hosted by "MyPrint" and "Hibiya Kadan," which also served as a showcase for new products♡
Every year, they rent out the banquet space at the Disneyland Hotel, and I had the opportunity to participate in a very lavish Halloween party with over 150 attendees, all dressed up as their favorite Disney characters♡

MyPrint is a company that handles paper items for weddings. The paper items, such as invitations, place cards, and menus for that day, featured the popular "Starry" series of Mickey and Minnie♡

On the other hand, Hibiya Kadan is a flower shop that handles floral decorations for the venue and guest tables♡
They displayed a venue coordination and items themed around "Beauty and the Beast," which left me in awe of their beauty and attention to detail♡
Now, back to the topic...! I will introduce the detailed flow of the "guest participation event" that I actually experienced at this Halloween party♡
Flow ① Each person received a rose♡
First, there was an announcement by the host during the party, and each person received one rose♩
I wondered, "A bouquet gift at this timing...?? What is going to happen...??" while feeling excited...!
Flow ② Pass the roses clockwise♡
Then the host explained, "We're going to play some music, and while the music is playing, pass the flower to the person next to you in a clockwise direction until the music stops!"
To the tune of Disney songs, everyone passed around the roses♡
Flow ③ Pay attention to the ribbons tied to the flowers♡
When the music stopped, each person ended up with one rose bouquet.
Then, on the main stage, a representative from MyPrint (acting as the roles of the bride and groom!) drew a ribbon from a box♡
This ribbon is the key to the event♡
It's actually connected to the ribbon tied to the rose bouquet,
And the rule was that,
"The person who has the same color ribbon as the one drawn by the representative (bride and groom) will come forward."
At this party, one person was selected from each table♩
(I was amazed that the ribbon from the bouquet was such an important item in this event; it was fantastic!♡)
Flow ④ The selected guest comes forward to participate in the ribbon pull♡
The selected guest came up to the main stage to participate in the ribbon pull (bouquet pull)♡
There was only one winning ribbon tied to a box.
At this time, I was watching from my seat, curious about whether someone from my table would win, which made it enjoyable until the end♩
Flow ⑤ The selected guest receives a prize♡
The guest who won the ribbon pull was also presented with a larger rose bouquet♡
The moment it became clear who had won, cheers erupted from that table. It would be lively at a wedding too♩
Using a rose bouquet is so romantic, don't you think?♡
I introduced the wonderful guest participation event that I experienced at the MyPrint x Hibiya Kadan Halloween party.
An event using roses and ribbons tied to bouquets. How romantic...! I thought♡
It was such a fresh and fun experience, and I was in a great mood on my way home because I received a rose bouquet♩
I want to add this to my list of potential guest participation events to try at my wedding♡
I hope everyone finds this helpful as well♩
