Cinderella Castle Undergoing Renovation＊

When you visit Disneyland, the first thing that catches your eye is Cinderella Castle.

Currently, Cinderella Castle is undergoing renovation.

The work started on October 1, 2019, and is scheduled to be completed on April 7, 2020. It's a large-scale project lasting about six months.

During the same period, new areas featuring Beauty and the Beast, attractions based on Baymax, and Minnie's studio will also open＊

With the upcoming Tokyo Olympics in 2020, Disneyland is set to undergo significant changes. (I can't wait to see what it will look like!♡)

What Does Cinderella Castle Look Like Now?

Right now, here's what the renovated Cinderella Castle looks like.

As construction progresses daily, the appearance changes little by little over time, but the lower half of the castle is surrounded by a fairytale-like enclosure, while the upper half is covered with scaffolding.

This is the first time seeing Cinderella Castle like this...!

It feels a bit disappointing to see it in this state when visiting,

but thinking positively, we get to witness this temporary and unique appearance that we won't be able to see once it's completed, so it might be a rare opportunity...!

Recently, it has become a trend to take photos in front of the enclosure surrounding the renovated Cinderella Castle＊
