Here are some "wow" chocolate petit gifts I found abroad*
<Here♡>
The idea of wrapping bite-sized plate chocolates in original design wrapping paper, placing them in a paper cover like a book cover, and tying them with a ribbon.
It looks cute like a commemorative coin, and even though it's just a single piece of chocolate as a gift, it somehow feels special♡
You can change the design of the wrapping paper around the chocolate, alter the cover design, or focus on the material and color of the ribbon; the possibilities for arrangement are endless♡
It's rewarding to do DIY.
Moreover, this chocolate costs about 20 yen per piece.
The flat square chocolates in this photo are a type called "Napolitan chocolate."
When we think of Napolitan, the spaghetti Napolitan is the most famous, but it's unrelated to this chocolate. In Italy, Napolitan chocolate refers to bite-sized chocolates.
(So it's okay if they aren't flat. As long as it's a bite-sized block, it's Napolitan chocolate.)
They are often served alongside coffee or espresso in cafes*
You can find them in imported food supermarkets in Japan as well. I think this one is the most famous.
(This is from Barry Callebaut.)
