Pictures with a Distinctive Touch, Where Only the Background is Black and White*
Doesn't looking at photos where only the background is black and white, and the person in the photo is colored, create a mysterious feeling...??
It's as if those people exist in a sterile world.
This technique is often used in movies and art for creating contrast and emphasis, and I always think it's a distinctive and impressive scene.
It's dramatic, isn't it? ♡
I found a smartphone app that can convert my photos so that the background becomes black and white and the person is in color, so I tried it!
How to Make the Background Black and White 【Step-by-Step Guide】
①
The app I used is called “Colorful.”
②
Tap on “Album” and select a photo.
③
Once you've selected the photo, it will already have been automatically converted to black and white, so simply use the pen mark to trace the parts you want to color in*
④
You can change the thickness of the pen using the “- / +” marks, so it’s a good tip to make the pen thinner when tracing the edges.
If you go over the lines, you can erase it with the eraser mark.
The palm mark on the right allows you to zoom in and out of the image, making it easier to trace fine details when you zoom in*
⑤
Here is the finished product ♡
It took just about a minute to process!
It May Be Useful for Profile Videos
The smartphone app “Colorful” allows you to have a black and white background with yourself in color.
Applying this effect to old photos for a profile video could create a greater sense of nostalgia.
Give it a try! ♡
