It's a confetti placemat, right??

Isn't it amazing???

I wonder if the confetti moves around inside it.

I got curious about how this works and looked it up a bit, and it seems like this.

It seems like it’s made by sewing together vinyl mats or films, which are used on tables.

You can just layer two sheets, put confetti in between, and sew it up with a sewing machine, so I thought it might be easy for someone good at sewing to make it...!

(I can't do any sewing at all, so it would be difficult for me....!!)

Alternatively, it seems to be made by hardening acrylic like this.
