How to Make Meringue Cookies*
You only need two ingredients to make meringue cookies!
① Egg whites: 1
② Sugar (granulated sugar): 60g
(Fine granulated sugar is recommended as it is less likely to leave granules*)
You will also need a whisk, a bowl, and a piping bag*
~Instructions~
① Whip egg whites with a whisk until they form three-dimensional fluffy peaks.
② Gradually add half of the sugar (30g) in about three batches and mix with the whisk.
③ Add the remaining sugar (30g) and gently fold it in with a rubber spatula.
④ Transfer the completed meringue into a piping bag and pipe into your desired shapes.
