Since April began, I've been struck multiple times.

In line with the obligation to charge for plastic bags starting July 1, some retail stores have already begun charging for plastic bags since April 1.

Having lived without carrying a reusable bag regularly, I have already repeated at the register several times in the last 20 days, “Ah! That’s right! No worries, I’ll just carry it by hand!”
