How to make smile potatoes＊

＜Ingredients＞

・Potatoes 350g

・Butter 10g

・Katakuriko or corn starch 25-30g

＜Instructions＞

① Slice the potatoes thinly and microwave them for 6-7 minutes.

② Mash them with a masher, then add butter and mix, adjusting the taste with salt and pepper.

③ Add the katakuriko and mix again.

④ Roll out like cookie dough with a rolling pin (about 7mm to 1cm thick), and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.

For smile potatoes, roll and cut them, then use chopsticks or a straw to make holes for eyes and mouth.

⑤ Fry them in oil, and they’re done! ♡
