A great app that tells you the names of flowers when you hold up your iPhone*
Right now, an app called "Hananona" is trending on Twitter*
When you launch the app and hold your screen up to a flower, AI (artificial intelligence) instantly identifies what kind of flower it is and tells you its name.
You can see the flower's name displayed on the screen like this.
Isn't it amazing...!!
Hananona is an iOS app created as a research project by the Artificial Intelligence and Software Technology Research Center at Chiba Institute of Technology.
I came across a tweet from one of the developers, and thought, "This is amazing!" so I decided to introduce it on marry as well♡

It can identify about 770 types of flowers*
The flowers that Hananona can identify are approximately 770 types*
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has walked outside and thought, “This flower is cute, but what’s its name...??”
It's incredibly convenient that you can simply hold up the Hananona app to find out the name of the flower.
(The accuracy is not 100%, and it expresses the result as “There’s a ○% possibility of this being so and so.” Indeed, this is not a sweet pea but a delphinium.)
It's also possible to read flowers from a picture displayed on a computer screen or another smartphone*
This could be useful when you're preparing for a wedding and you want to know the names of the flowers used in a bouquet♩
Everyone is using it now!

Enjoy it without overconfidence, they say*
Hananona, which allows you to instantly identify the name of a flower just by holding your phone up to it, was created and offered as a social contribution of university research activities, so there are no charges and it's completely free*
Of course, the accuracy is not perfect, so according to the developer’s tweet, they advise, “Enjoy it without overconfidence.”
So, after looking up the name using Hananona, it seems good practice to search again on your own to check if it's correct*
