Let me introduce the paper that made me think so ♡

It’s called Petal Paper, made with real flower petals embedded in it!

There has been a technique of embedding pressed flowers and leaves in handmade paper for a long time, but this is the first time I've seen such cute paper sprinkled with petals, resembling a flower shower ♡

Flowers are included when making the paper ＊

Petal Paper is created by incorporating flower petals into the paper-making (scooping) process, known in Japanese as "Hanagaki-gami."

It’s not something that can be processed afterward; instead, the petals are embedded during the paper-making phase, which means not everyone can make it by hand...!

Because it is painstakingly handcrafted, such delicate paper can be made.

I looked around, but it’s not sold in Japan. However, I found some being sold at the overseas handmade shop Etsy ＊

Like envelopes or decorative paper. It would be lovely to scent them with flower perfume before giving them! ♡

For menu cards, table numbers, and place cards ♡ Recently, there are fewer opportunities to use or touch paper, so simply "touching paper" becomes something special.
