<How to Make Snoopy Shiratama>
◆ Items Needed
・100g of Shiratama flour (for 20-30 pieces)
・100ml of water
・Black food coloring
(You can also use black sesame paste or black cocoa powder as substitutes!)
◆ Instructions
① Mix 100g of Shiratama flour and 100ml of water (the same amount as the weight of the flour) well.
② Reserve a small portion of the shiratama for making Snoopy's ears and nose, and mix in the food coloring or black cocoa powder to create black shiratama.
③ Make Snoopy's face. Shape the white shiratama into an oval and attach the ears and nose*
(It's common to use food coloring to draw the eyes directly after boiling the shiratama.)
④ Boil the shiratama in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they float, then cool them in ice water.
⑤ Once you've drawn the eyes with food coloring or black cocoa powder, it's complete! ♡
