【Basic】How to Make Hydrangea Jelly
<Ingredients> Serves 4
◆ For the Milk Pudding
① Milk 400 cc
② Sugar 2 tablespoons
③ Powdered Gelatin 10 g
*You can also use panna cotta or yogurt.*
◆ For the Hydrangea Part
① Powdered Gelatin 5 g
② Water 100 g
③ Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
④ Your favorite color of shaved ice syrup 2 tablespoons
*(Preparing 2 colors and mixing them looks cute ♡)*
<Instructions>
① Put the milk and sugar in a pot and warm it up just before boiling.
② Add the powdered gelatin and mix well, then let it cool.
③ Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
④ In a pot, put water, lemon juice, and shaved ice syrup and warm it up just before boiling.
⑤ Add the powdered gelatin and mix well, then let it cool.
⑥ Pour into a tray and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
⑦ After 1 hour, cut the jelly into small squares with a knife and place it on top of the milk pudding to complete ♡
