Hydrangeas: Popular in Bridal Scenes ♡
When you think of June flowers, hydrangeas come to mind.
Watching hydrangeas, which bloom with a gentle embrace, can bring about a sense of calm.
The flower language of hydrangeas is "family" and "togetherness."
While there are negative meanings such as "fickleness," recently many couples have started to incorporate the positive meanings into their weddings without worrying about the negatives.
(Everything has its good and bad sides. I think this is a positive and wonderful attitude ♡)
The Charm of Hydrangeas Lies in Their Rich Colors ♡
A major charm of the popular hydrangeas is their rich variety of colors.
Purple, blue, pink, white, green…
They bloom in many colors, which is why they have been called "the seven changes" since ancient times.
The color of hydrangeas changes depending on the pH of the soil.
If the soil is acidic, they take on blueish hues; if neutral to slightly alkaline, they appear more pinkish.
The difference in color among hydrangeas blooming in the same area is due to the differing properties of the soil they are rooted in.
Rare Rainbow Hydrangeas! The Rainbow Hydrangea is Wonderful ♡
The color of hydrangeas changes due to the mysteries of nature.
There are many beautiful photos of hydrangeas trending on social media, but…
One photo that has particularly caught attention is this one!
It features a "Rainbow Hydrangea," which has blue, purple, and pink petals coexisting within a single flower ♡
Many may have seen hydrangeas with different colored flowers next to each other, but not many have seen them change colors like a gradient.
Perhaps this hydrangea has roots in soil that has both acidic and alkaline parts, which allowed the colors to change within a single plant.
It's somewhat miraculous to think that a rainbow hydrangea could occur by chance.
If you find a rainbow hydrangea, it seems you would be filled with happiness!
It Seems Rainbow Hydrangeas Can Be Created!
The rainbow hydrangea I introduced is a naturally occurring flower, but it seems that it can also be artificially created by controlling the pH of the soil and water.
There are reports of people seeing or even growing rainbow hydrangeas at flower shops.
If it's just about appearance, you can create a rainbow hydrangea by tying together preserved flowers of different colors or by soaking white hydrangeas in ink.
I haven't seen a rainbow hydrangea wedding bouquet, so it would be wonderful if I could have one at my own wedding!
A Wedding Full of Hydrangeas Might Be Wonderful ♡
Since I particularly like hydrangeas among flowers, I thought a wedding themed around hydrangeas would be amazing…!
There are even colored dresses inspired by hydrangeas, and I would love for brides who also adore hydrangeas to wear them ♡
A dress in soft, colorful hues like the rainbow hydrangea.

Marry also creates balloon bouquets with hydrangeas encased inside the balloons!
They are extremely cute and I hope not only brides but also flower lovers and fans of adorable things will get their hands on them ♡

I Want to See Rainbow Hydrangeas ♡
I introduced the beautiful gradient rainbow hydrangea.
If encountered in the city, it seems you would be filled with joy ♡
The best time to see hydrangeas is until early July. When out for a stroll, see if you can find any blooming rainbow hydrangeas.
