It is a specialty store for baked millefeuille, and there is only one location, which is in Matsuzakaya in Ginza. It’s a rare shop with just one store in Japan.

The store itself is entirely mint blue and looks like a stylish café from abroad.

The word "feuilletage," which represents the layered pastry dough needed for millefeuille, means “to turn the pages of a book.”
