How to Create Fluffy Text Effects?

Sometimes seen on Instagram, like fluffy clouds, this hand-drawn fluffy text effect is adorable and fun!

When it appears on your timeline, its cuteness and pop appeal catch your eye instantly!

Here’s how to create this fluffy text ♡

Tutorial on Creating Fluffy Text!

The app you'll use is the familiar image editing tool, Picsart.

We will use the paint function.

Open an image, create a new layer on top of it, and first write the basic letters.

<The Pen I Used>

・The pen on the far left

・Black

・Size approximately 15-20

・Opacity around 60%

・I wrote it while zoomed in to 600%

Next, add layers and draw fluffy outlines around the text.

・The pen on the far left

・Dark brownish color

・Size 3-5

・Opacity 100%

・I wrote it while zoomed in to 600%

Next, erase the layer with the text you originally drew in step ①.

Create a new layer under the fluffy layer from step ②, and fill in the background color.

・Whitish cream color

・Size approximately 40-50

・Opacity 100

・I wrote it while zoomed in to about 300%

・It’s okay if it’s a bit uneven or not fully filled in ♩

Next, create a new layer under the text and create a soft shadow.

・The pen on the far left

・Size about 60

・Opacity around 30%

・I wrote it while zoomed in to about 100-200%

・To make it look like a shadow, I generally wrote it at the bottom right of the text

Finally, merge all the layers into one.

Then, use the transform function to adjust the size and orientation to your liking, and you're done ♡
