This special yokan was created in collaboration between Chef Takayuki Moriya of the modern kaiseki restaurant "San" in Roppongi, and "Edible Garden," a shop that creates 100% pesticide-free edible flowers.

It is being sold as *flowering wagashi* from October 28, 2020, to December 31, 2020.

In the gaps of the yokan, there are jewel-like agar cubes＊

The yokan of Hanami is made with figs in a Western style.

And on the side, there are cube-shaped agar filled with edible flowers, "edible flowers," beautifully arranged here and there♩
