DIY Wedding Items: Reception Sign
One item that is typically used to decorate the reception area in a wedding venue is the reception sign.
It's a sign that indicates which side is for the groom's guests and which side is for the bride's guests.
DIYing an original reception sign using a photo frame is a classic choice ♩
I want to make the front of the reception stylish too...!
The reception table can be stylishly decorated with the reception sign, flowers, and photos of the couple...
The problem is the front of the reception table.
Some brides may feel that it looks dull from a distance if there's nothing at the front.
Until recently, ideas for decorating with garlands were popular, but now they are not often seen...
How about a reception tapestry? ♡
For those concerned, I recommend the reception tapestry!
This idea, which appeared about a year ago, involves placing a tapestry for both the groom and bride at the reception.
It is also called a reception runner.
The great thing about the reception tapestry is that it can stylishly cover the front of the reception ♩
The reception sign can only be seen clearly when you get close, but the reception tapestry allows guests to notice "something is decorated!" from a distance, which is nice ♡
How to DIY a reception tapestry?
The reception tapestry is still not widely used by brides preparing for their weddings.
Since ready-made products aren't available, DIY is the standard.
Here's how to make one from experienced brides ♩
◆◆ Reception Tapestry Materials and Tools ◆◆

◆◆ Steps to Create a Reception Tapestry ◆◆
① Cut the fabric to a width of 40 cm
② Place the printed design paper on the fabric and decide on the arrangement
➂ Stack the chalk paper and tape it to the fabric with masking tape
④ Trace the design with a ballpoint pen from above
⑤ Remove the chalk paper and printed paper, then overlay the traced design with the oil-based pen
If hand-drawing is too difficult, using fabric printing may be a good idea!
