She consulted with her planner about what guests might be curious about or frequently inquire about at the venue.
In fact, guests responded with great enthusiasm, saying "I've never seen anything like this before!"
While some of this information can be found on the venue's website, the consideration not to burden guests with searching for it is evident.
If such a card were included in the invitation, one might be moved by the kindness of thinking ahead like this ♡
What Other Items Could Be Included?
I considered other items that could be added to the Q&A sheet.
For multiple child guests,
☑ Is there a breastfeeding room?
☑ Is there a diaper changing station?
These related facilities might be a concern.
For guests coming from afar,
☑ Is it possible to send a package from the venue?
☑ Is there a room where I can open my suitcase?
Having such information would be considerate.
It would be nice to think from the perspective of the guests we are inviting and consider what they might be concerned about.
Combining with Other Paper Items is Also Great
The Q&A sheet could also be combined with other paper items.
For example, the wedding timeline showing the flow of the day.
If the front side is the timeline and the back side includes the venue map and Q&A sheet, it would be convenient to have everything consolidated on one page ♡
Guest Perspective May Inspire New Hospitality Ideas ♡
We introduced the idea of a Q&A sheet summarizing what guests might be concerned about regarding the wedding.
This idea was born from the bride's desire to host her important guests with care ♡
How about taking some time to reflect on what considerations would make guests happy or what would be helpful? ♩
