The method is simple:

✅ Open Instagram Stories

✅ Turn ON the flash button at the top

✅ After filming the video, save it without posting!

With this, the video filmed with the flash will be saved in the camera roll! (♡)

Note that a single Story post can be up to 15 seconds long, so each video can only be 15 seconds.

You can shoot continuously for 30 seconds, but it will be divided into two videos, so just be careful about that.
