This is the showroom and café space of a brand called KOIVE, planned by a company named YOSEIDO.

It is a brand that sells skincare products made from the sap of the birch tree, also known as the Mother of Trees in Northern Europe.

The reason birch is called the Mother Tree is said to be because it is the first tree to take root when forests are lost due to wildfires or other disasters.

The birch tree is the first to start growing in bare soil, flourishing, shedding leaves to enrich the soil, creating a favorable environment for other trees that will grow later.

It truly is a "tree that nurtures life."
