"Everything Guests Want to Know in One Place! Creating Information Cards for a Thoughtful Experience♡"

A collection of detailed invitations ♡
In addition to the main wedding invitation,
✅ Map
✅ Shuttle bus timetable
✅ Information on dressing and hair styling
✅ Timeline
and other various guides will need to be included.
In many cases, these are put on separate sheets of paper and inserted mixed together in the envelope,
but that can lead to forgetting to include one sheet, guests dropping pieces, or having to print multiple copies, which can get expensive…
Such concerns exist, right?
We've found a new idea to solve those problems, and we'd like to introduce it ♡
An item called "Information Card" that consolidates all those separate papers!
An information card that gathers everything related to the wedding, just like the information found in department stores.
It's easy to read, easy to understand, and is an idea that will make guests feel appreciated ♡
What to include in the Information Card?
The Information Card should consolidate things not included in the main invitation.
For example, print on both sides of a single sheet of paper, for a map and timeline.
You could create a small booklet type, or bind two sheets together with eyelets, allowing for the inclusion of shuttle bus and dressing information. During this time, you may also include information on infection control measures.
Designing it to match the main invitation can make it stylish ♡
When placed in the pocket of the invitation along with other papers, it’s convenient and won’t get lost.
Let's create an Information Card ♡
The idea of consolidating detailed items such as timelines, maps to the wedding venue, and shuttle bus timetables into an "Information Card"*
Having desired information consolidated is definitely better, so if you’re worried about the number of sheets of paper getting too high, consider using an "Information Card" ♡
Personally, I think it would be perfectly fine to simply gather the timetable and shuttle bus information provided by the venue, attach a cover labeled "INFORMATION," and secure it with an eyelet punch for a clear and helpful result.*
