"Instantly Know Where to Sit! A Great Idea to Include Table Seating Arrangements on Escort Cards♩"

Escort Card to Hand at the Reception*
An escort card handed out at the reception to inform guests, "Your table is here."
It is common to DIY escort cards by writing each guest's name, table number, and table location.
Including the Seating Arrangement Might Be Nice ♩
Here’s an idea to add a little twist to the escort card.
On the front, display the table number and its location within the venue,
and on the back, include where that guest will be sitting — which means the seating arrangement (everyone's names at that table) as well.
This way, the escort card clearly shows the "location of the table within the venue & where you will be sitting at the table."
What Are the Benefits...?
By designing it this way, guests can understand their seats in advance.
They can head straight to their seat without having to search around a round table, thinking whether to go clockwise or counterclockwise.
Ultimately, this could help avoid some crowding?
If I received this escort card, I would think,
"Wow, they made this specifically for each table!"
"It’s definitely easier to glance at the card handed to me at the reception than to flip through a large seating chart."
I would feel that way for sure...!
Please use this as a reference idea for making escort cards! ♩
