① Open the image in the app and press "Effects"

② Press "Artistic"

③ Press "Motion"

④ Adjust to "Hue 0, Distance 40-60, Angle 0, Noise 0, Fade 20-30"

⑤ Press the "Eraser" button

⑥ Press "Invert"

⑦ Press "Restore"

⑧ With your finger, apply the effect across people, buildings, and signs horizontally
