In Japanese, "flatlay" could be likened to something like "placed object club."

In weddings, small items used during the ceremony are styled cutely with flowers, trays, ribbons, and other elements.

It’s even more wonderful if the styling items are related to the wedding.

Overseas, there are times when photographers capture flatlays in between snaps, or you could hire another photographer later (sending them items) just for this type of shoot.

Regardless, it's stylish, it's great for the cover of an album, and it looks lovely when printed and displayed in a photo frame! ♡
