Before the Vow Kiss...!

I recently attended a wedding where I witnessed an unforgettable and beautiful scene.

It was a type of ceremony where the couple made vows of love in front of the guests, but just before the vow kiss, the bride and groom did something special.

That was,

"The bride and groom, who were gazing at each other, suddenly turned to the guests before bringing their lips together, squished their cheeks together to smile, ➡ then kissed ➡ and lastly, squished their cheeks together again for another smile."

It was a delightful sequence.

Their closeness and lovey-dovey feelings were evident＊

I had assumed they would simply kiss, so I was incredibly surprised to see them incorporate this arrangement of turning to face everyone and sharing a cheek-to-cheek smile before the kiss!!!

I was quite regrettable that I didn't film the moment.

But it was so adorable that the venue was filled with enthusiastic "Awws♡", and I believe everyone present felt the strong affection and closeness of the couple.

Since they faced forward while squishing their cheeks, I thought it might have been captured nicely by the photographer's camera...

It's rare to add elements before and after the kiss

While it's common to change the area of the kiss from the lips to the forehead or hands, it is rare to add extra gestures before and after a kiss.

Seeing it live was so memorable that it sparked conversations among friends afterward, leading me to think if there could be other ideas besides cheeks touching...

・Hide with the bouquet first, then show the kiss

・The groom kneels before the kiss

・Appear to touch cheeks, but actually kiss with lips

Would those work......??

✅ In a homey and relaxed style of ceremony

✅ In a natural chapel or garden that isn't too strict

✅ A casual atmosphere for the ceremony is totally fine

✅ It's not embarrassing to add such arrangements for both parties

✅ If the bride and groom have bright personalities

I sensed that it would undoubtedly lead to a wonderful scene of vow kisses where guests would think, "Just like ○○-kun and ○○-chan~~♡."
