First, prepare a box for the coffee beans and several types of coffee beans (about 3-4 types).
Just like with a guest-participation marriage certificate, it's customary to assign meanings to each type of coffee bean.
SHINA-san (@sskb_47) prepared options with the theme of "What do you think is necessary for married life," which included "thoughtfulness," "gratitude," "money," and "delicious meals"♡
miya-san (@miya_wd_2022) prepared "affection (dark roast)," "thoughtfulness (medium roast)," and "gratitude (green bean)." Changing the roast state and type of beans makes for a beautiful color blend when placed in the box♡
When doing a sand ceremony, you tend to be particular about the colors of the sand (for example, blue, white, yellow, etc.).
It symbolizes the union of both families in a gradient.
If you are concerned that a coffee bean ceremony creates primarily brown gradients that look similar when placed in one box, there was also the idea of adding [sugar cubes]!
Since sugar cubes are white and used when drinking coffee, they would indeed provide a nice contrast with the brown coffee beans.
fuu-san (@__afwedding) thought they wouldn’t want the sugar cubes to dissolve while keeping them as a memento, so they prepared crystal gravel instead♡
Gravel won’t dissolve and adds color contrast; it’s a great idea♡
