Do You Know About Masking Liner / Calligraphy?
Have you heard of the "Masking Liner / Calligraphy" released from the East in 2021?
It's a "pen" that has the property of repelling paint like masking tape...
It's very convenient and seems useful for DIY wedding projects, so let me introduce it to you ♡
It's called a "White-Out Pen"!
The Masking Liner / Calligraphy is a pen that can repel water.
How to use it: write with the pen on the areas you want to be water-repellent (the parts written with the Masking Liner turn gray), then paint over it with ink, and once completely dry, just rub the areas written with the Masking Liner with an eraser or your finger.
Rubbing will peel off the areas written with the pen, leaving only the written parts as white cut-outs.
This video explains it well ♡
The difference between Masking Liner and Masking Calligraphy is the thickness of the pen, with the Masking Liner being thinner.
Masking Liner: 0.7-2.0 mm
Masking Calligraphy: 3 mm

It Seems Useful for DIY Weddings ♡
The Masking Liner / Calligraphy seems to be useful for DIY wedding items.
✅ Invitations
✅ Place Cards
✅ Table Numbers
✅ Thank You Cards
Of course, for paper items, it can also be used for larger items such as:
✅ Welcome Boards
✅ Seating Charts
(Although writing may be a bit challenging…!)
There are some papers that it works well with and some that it doesn’t (officially, it works well with Kent paper, cotton paper, watercolor paper, and Yupo paper, but not with washi paper, rough paper, or standard copy paper), so please try it out once before masking *
