How to Deliver Letters to Guests?
On the wedding day, letters of appreciation addressed to each guest.
The standard methods for delivering these letters are:
✅ Setting them up in advance at each guest's table
✅ Displaying them as wall letters on the welcome space wall
These ideas are quite common.
You often see brides doing this on Instagram, right?
Using a Post or Box is Stylish♡
As a more unique idea!

This stylish and chic way of delivering letters is a wonderful option that we’d like to introduce!♡
IWAI OMOTESANDO's Post♡
Speaking of posts, the letter gallery at IWAI OMOTESANDO, a wedding venue in Omotesando operated by Crazy Wedding, is famous.
Upon entering the venue, there’s a wall of gray-themed posts.
On the wedding day, the bride and groom personally place letters to guests in the post.

The left half of IWAI's post has names written on it, so guests can find their names and retrieve their letters♩
It's quite stylish, resembling the entrance of a foreign designer apartment, creating a sense of excitement!♡
It's a unique hospitality that you don't often see elsewhere!♡
By the way...
IWAI OMOTESANDO is also used as a venue for brand reception parties,
and during an event for a towel brand called ChámU, the post was utilized in a stylish way as well!♡
Kitahama W's Post♡
Additionally...
At Kitahama W, a wedding venue in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, there is a box-type wooden post.
This is a photo by @am_ddd_♡
It has a presence reminiscent of antique furniture and is very stylish♡
It's said to be located at the entrance of the ceremony venue, making for a wonderful surprise for guests!
With dividers in the box type, arranging the letters diagonally like this is quite lovely.
Guests can read their letters while waiting for the bride and groom to entrance, and someone said, “I cried so much during the ceremony after reading it!"♡
The performance of having guests read letters before the ceremony entrance is called a switching letter, and they mentioned that it was great to do it as it warmed the atmosphere!✨
The tea envelopes with old stamps lined up create a retro and cute vibe, especially when paired with the box's ambiance♡
It creates a sense of unity with the venue more than just displaying letters on a handmade wall letter,
and you can really feel that "the letter has arrived!"♡
Depending on the Venue’s Facilities...
Both the post at IWAI OMOTESANDO and the post at Kitahama W are facilities provided by the venues.
(It seems that a similar feature might be available at the renovated Aniversaire Omotesando!)
It’s not common to find such post-style decorations where you can individually insert letters at wedding venues...
But!
If you have a display box with sections, it might be possible to bring your own and place it in the welcome space...?
This is a piece of furniture I found on Rakuten that gives a similar image!

How about using such a wall-mounted display to incorporate post-style decor?
