<Materials>

✅ Resin

There are two types of resin: one that hardens with UV light [UV resin] and one that does not require UV light for hardening [Expo resin].

The Expo resin, which does not harden with UV light, takes 2 to 3 days to harden, but tends to finish more beautifully than UV resin.

Brides with enough time should choose the type of resin that does not use UV light, while those in a hurry should opt for the type that uses UV light.*

(Using a thick rectangular silicone mold, you can make about 50 pieces with 1.5 kg of resin.)

By the way, the popular product that was commonly used for Expo resin is Nissin Resin's "Crystal Resin NEO," but this was discontinued in 2023 when Nissin Resin went out of business.

After the discontinuation of Crystal Resin NEO, products like "Kiura Resin" and "Pro Clear Resin" seem to be commonly used.

The product NEO Crystal is still available and has a similar name to Crystal Resin NEO, but it is a product from a different company called Craft House, not Nissin Resin.

<Procedure>

➀ Print the guest's name on the OHP film. (Make sure it's the right size for the silicone mold!)

② Pour resin into the silicone mold and let it harden. (Be careful that if you're using Expo resin that does not require UV light, it takes 2 to 3 days to harden!)

It’s better to harden the resin in multiple batches for a cleaner finish.

(First, harden the resin with the OHP film with the guest's name inside, second, add flowers and pour resin halfway up, then harden, and third, fill up the mold with resin and harden... that's how it goes. So, if you make three processes, it takes about a week to make one. The time to make for the number of guests depends on how many molds you purchase.)

③ Once hardening is complete, remove it from the silicone mold, and if there are any protruding parts, sand them down to finish!*
