In Korea, where new and cute things are constantly being born, I found another amazing cake ♡

It's called a "Letter Cake," and the cake itself is a letter/envelope＊

A Cake Like a Bride's Letter ♡

The look of the letter cake is just like a letter.

It's a cake inspired by a simple and elegant envelope, resembling a bride's letter ♡

Here's what it looks like in the box.

When you pinch the ribbon in the middle and lift it like opening an envelope, there’s a surprise message inside ♡

(Presumably, a message is written on a transparent cellophane with a marker, placed on the cake's surface, and covered with a paper lid.)

You wouldn't expect the cake to open and reveal a message, so it would be a surprise 😲

It might be a fun surprise performance for the groom at a wedding! (The message could be hidden somewhere.)

This cake is made by a cake shop called Copain cake in Korea 🎂

I've never seen such a cake in Japan, but it might be possible for someone who is good at making cakes to make it by hand...?
