What is "Postage Due Mail"?

Postage Due Mail is a method used when sending out more than 10 envelopes at once.

It is a system where you can send mail without putting stamps on the envelopes by paying the postage in bulk at the post office.

This is when you have the post office stamp your envelopes instead of using stamps!
