At the Wedding, I Want to Prepare Lots of Photo Props ♡
Classic Items You Want to Prepare for Your Wedding: Photo Props * You can place them in the welcome space for guests to enjoy taking pictures, or hold them during table rounds to take photos with the bride and groom—there are many scenes where they can be used! ♡
There are many shops selling cute photo props, but wouldn't it be wonderful if you could create original photo props that are one of a kind in the world by yourself?
This time, I will introduce how to design photo props using PowerPoint! ♡ It’s super easy, so even beginner DIY brides should definitely give it a try! *
【STEP.1】 Visit the [Fukidashi Design] Website ♡
When creating your own design, it’s important to make good use of the many free materials available on the internet. It can be really tough to come up with a beautiful design from scratch, right?
We will use [Fukidashi Design], a site specializing in speech bubble materials! ♡ There are so many types of speech bubble designs that you may not be able to go through them all.
【STEP.2】 Decide on the Material and Download as PNG ♡
Choose one design that will serve as the base for your photo props from [Fukidashi Design]. This time, I selected this handwritten-style design! ♡ Download this data in [PNG format]. *
By the way, [Fukidashi Design] offers various patterns even within a single design. You can choose from options like no outline, no pattern, no background, different colors, etc., so pick your favorite! *
【STEP.3】 Launch PowerPoint and Paste the Material ♡
Once you’ve successfully decided on the design and downloaded the material, launch PowerPoint installed on your PC. When PowerPoint is open, drag and drop the material to paste it. You can also import it from the menu bar by selecting "Insert > Image."
【STEP.4】 Add Alphabet Letters ♡
Input your favorite words using the text box. This time, I used 'JUST MARRIED' ♡ The font used is 'Arial Black', which is already installed. * Also, since the original material didn’t have enough width, I stretched it sideways to fit in the text.
【STEP.5】 Arrange the Design ♡
It’s already cute as it is, but since we want to go the extra mile, I scattered various types of heart icons! ♡ It would also be lovely to paste flower illustrations provided online! *
【STEP.6】 Save It Properly ♡
Once you're satisfied with the design, choose "Save As." You can print it in either [JPG format] or [PNG format]. ♡ To allow for later modifications, also save it in [PPT format].
The Design of the Photo Props is Complete! ♡
I’ve completed an original photo prop design in no time! * Print this design and attach a handle, and it's ready! ♡ Once you get used to it, you can do it in less than 10 minutes, making it a perfect DIY for busy brides! ♡
【Bonus ①】 If You Want to Create Different Colored Designs...
You want to prepare multiple photo props so everyone can take pictures together, right? I recommend a function for brides who want to create slightly different designs with different colors! *
By selecting the material on PowerPoint, and choosing "Picture Tools > Format > Color" from the menu bar, you can actually change the saturation, tone, and color itself! You can specify your favorite color from the color panel, so the possibilities are truly endless! *
I made a blue photo prop to match the pink one! * Having a variety of colorful photo props will make the visuals look vibrant! ♡ Since you can change the colors instantly, it won’t take much time! ♩
Here, I flipped the speech bubble material and adjusted the text color to match the border color! * Enjoying various designs like this is one of the best parts of DIY! ♡ If you want double-sided photo props, it’s good to print both the original design and the flipped design and then adhere them together!
