① Update to iOS11

② Settings ➡ Control Center ➡ Customize Controls ➡ Add Screen Recording

③ Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the Control Center

④ When you press the screen recording button (the one with a double circle), a countdown begins, and recording starts, displaying a red bar on the top of the screen.

⑤ To stop recording, tap the bar on the screen again.
